Hot Cold Pack Terms And Conditions

Standard NET 30 terms are available to all qualified dealers who have submitted a Customer Information Application and have been approved for credit availability by our credit department. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Cash in Advance as alternate methods of payment.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. PI-PTP reserves the right to correct any errors (pricing or otherwise), inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after orders have been shipped.

Past Due Accounts

PI-PTP reserves the right to hold shipments on delinquent accounts, and to reassess established terms with that dealer. In the event that terms are revoked, dealer may pay by one of the alternative methods listed above. The dealer will be contacted by our credit department prior to the revocation of terms via telephone or letter.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Policy

The return of items sold on hot-cold-pack.com is limited to unopened, unused, items returned within 30 days of purchase date.  There is a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return postage.  Defective product will be refunded or replaced at our discretion and the customer must return the defective unit.

Returned product must be clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number before returning.  To obtain return authorization simply email us at sales@hot-cold-pack.com with your order information and the reason for the return.  Be sure to include your Invoice number and your contact info.  We will respond within 24 hours.

Your return will be reviewed upon receipt and credit will be issued within 5 business days if the product meets the above criteria.
